ROLE DESCRIPTION
AGG is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital Test Lead professional with at least 5 years of hands-on testing in Guidewire PolicyCenter and digital applications like CustomerEngage and ProducerEngage. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing efforts, define and execute automation strategies, and ensure quality and efficiency across insurance policy workflows. A Guidewire certification is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams. Experience in digital testing tools and insurance policy workflows is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive testing initiatives for Guidewire PolicyCenter and digital applications (CustomerEngage, ProducerEngage, etc.), ensuring comprehensive coverage of insurance policy business workflows
- Design and execute testing workflows that enhance quality and efficiency, focusing on measurable outcomes
- Implement and execute testing efficiencies through innovative solutions that accelerate testing processes with improved quality
- Operate independently with client teams to review, clarify, and define automation strategies and roadmaps
- Communicate effectively with business, technology, and leadership teams to manage testing cycles and deliverables without supervision
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Guidewire certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, with a strong focus on Guidewire applications and digital platforms.
- Proven expertise in designing testing workflows and implementing automation strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in insurance policy business workflows and familiarity with digital testing tools.
OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
