Description:
One of my clients is looking for a Technology Lead to add to their team. The Technology Lead will have a proven track record of directing development teams and solving complex design requirements. The Technology Lead will also effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Technology Lead will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team of developers. The Technology Lead needs to have experience with AS400 and have a deep understanding IBM platform. The Technology Lead will drive the development of cutting-edge financial applications.

Rate: $60- $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience in RPG programming and a deep understanding of the IBM i platform.
  • Strong expertise in DB2, including database design, optimization, and management.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial applications and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Experience Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in RPG programming and a deep understanding of the IBM i platform.

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial applications and processes.

Education Requirements:
  • Experience with modern development methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies used in financial services.
  • Relevant certifications in RPG programming or DB2.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
