Job Details

Job Title: Workday Adaptive Systems Analyst(Note: Need Analyst Not a Developer)
Duration: 18+ Months - Contract to Hire
Location: Remote Work in any state in EST and CST Zone

Functional Experience in Adaptive Workforce Planning
Good understanding of workforce planning models for headcount, fulfilment & Gaps, Supply vs demand, and scenario analysis.
Working experience on custom calculations, assumptions, and business rules.
Configure, test, and implement business requirements for Adaptive Workforce Planning.
Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
Design and support an Adaptive security framework to ensure consistent governance.
Develop support documentation and establish best practices for ongoing maintenance.
Track and evaluate Workday bi-annual releases to leverage new functionality.
Explore innovative uses of Adaptive Planning beyond workforce planning to drive insights.
Engage in client-facing interactions, including presenting system functionality and gathering feedback.
Collaborate with integration partners to incorporate external data into Adaptive Planning.
