Job Details
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripheral issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365), and custom applications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
- Support remote users via tools like VPN, Remote Desktop, and other remote support solutions.
- Manage and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Track and update asset inventory using tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, or Intune.
- Coordinate hardware refreshes and device replacements.
- Set up devices and environments for new employees.
- Provide orientation and basic IT training for new hires.
- Create and update user guides and FAQs to enhance self-service support.
