IT Manager/ EPICOR Admin (Full Time)
Livermore, CA (Hybrid)
Job Purpose
The role of the IT Manager/ EPICOR is to provide excellent technology infrastructure for our business. This role will be responsible for overall management of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software; creating annual and project budgets; managing the IT staff, ensuring IT systems are secure and reliable; and supporting the company s EPICOR ERP system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven working experience as an IT manager and EPICOR ERP or relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure (cybersecurity).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office and IT management softwares.
Strong leadership skills with exceptional decision-making communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels.
