Job Description:
The Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services that align with business objectives and client expectations. The person for this tole will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to meet business needs and client expectations. This role combines operational oversight with project management expertise to drive continuous improvement, manage service performance, and lead key initiatives. The ideal person will have a strong background in ITIL-based service management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities
Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring SLA compliance, high availability, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate service activities, resolve incidents, and implement improvements.
Monitor service performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and customer experience.
Act as a key point of escalation, maintaining strong relationships with business units and ensuring clear communication of service issues and project progress.
PMP Certification is required.
