Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Pl/SQL Developer for a contract with a client in Nashville, TN. Youwill be responsible for writing complex queries and procedures and optimizing database performance to support business-critical applications.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour

Oracle Pl/SQL Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support application development and data processing.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance improvements and efficient data retrieval.
- Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to database logic, performance, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
- Ensure database security, backup, and recovery procedures are followed in compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Strong expertise in writing and optimizing complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, and triggers.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and working with large-scale relational databases in enterprise environments.
