Job Description

Would you like to realize your potential at an innovative company and be part of a cause greater than yourself? Then help us protect those that protect us by joining the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) group in New Hampshire where you'll work with a diverse group of professionals who design the products and systems that support enhanced military capabilities, protect national security, and keep critical information and infrastructure secure. With us, you'll be able to make an impact while you hone your skills and grow in your career.

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Principal Software Engineer to lead a long-term development effort on the Compass Call airborne tactical electronic attack program. In this job, you will:
  • Take on an initial role as a Technical Lead, collaborating with members of the engineering and program management team in one or more of the phases of analysis, design, implementation, and integration of primarily C# based embedded software in a Windows development environment.
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of a small-to-medium software team, ensuring team progress using an established agile process that results in an on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Make prioritization and design decisions, help with technical and non-technical blockers that arise, and participate as an individual contributor.
  • Grow into the Software Manager role encompassing bidding, planning, scheduling, tracking, and predicting progress (schedule and budget), and other Earned Value Management tasks.
  • Expand your leadership responsibilities over time to encompass multiple software contracts of the PMPS product portfolio.
This position is primarily an in-office position with opportunities to work from home on occasion.

*Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires ship status.
