Job Details
Need local candidates to Houston, TX only. Strong in Node.js, Mongo DB and PL/Sql. This a long term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve business problems using modern web development tools such as React, Redux, and JavaScript.
- Take general requirements from the business and turn them into actionable items for the software development team.
- Write and deploy maintainable, readable software.
- Modify existing applications to correct errors or improve performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain various software databases, including NoSQL, Elasticsearch, and time-based DB.
- Leverage asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await, ES7 generators) and state management using Redux.
- Work with Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and database-driven web applications.
- Use vanilla JavaScript techniques including ReactJS, Redux, and ES6/ES7 features.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or MIS.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Software Engineer or Developer.
- Must have experience with:
- JavaScript techniques (ReactJS, Redux, ES6/ES7)
- Relational and non-relational databases
- Asynchronous programming
- Third-party libraries and APIs
