We re seeking an experienced Python with Cloud Engineer to join our client United Parcel Service (UPS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud-based development, data engineering, and analytics using Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) tools.

Location: Parsippany, NJ
Work Type: Hybrid (2 3 days onsite)

Required Qualifications:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional developer teams and business owners
Strong skills in system analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation of complex programs

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Looker (Google Cloud Core) development using LookML
Hands-on experience with BigQuery development and database design
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and development tools
Experience with Agile Development methodologies
Proficiency in Python programming, API architecture, and design

Key Responsibilities:
Design complex applications and architecture components
Lead small teams of developers in configuration, programming, and testing
Resolve performance issues and medium-to-complex defects
Write data cleansing, formatting, and transformation scripts
Monitor and resolve assigned support tickets
Support data analysis and data migration processes

Preferred Candidates:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
