Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - Field Service, OFSC & OIC

Alpharetta, GA

Long term contract

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document complex business processes related to Service Management and Field Service operations.

* Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and integrations via OIC.

* Design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Service modules (Service Requests, Work Orders, etc.) and OFSC (Routing, Mobility, Core Manage, Collaboration, etc.).

* Develop, test, deploy, and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion, OFSC, and other third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other integration patterns.

* Perform hands-on configuration within both Oracle Fusion (using Application Composer, Page Composer, Security Console, etc.) and OFSC (Configuration Screens, Filters, User Types, etc.).

* Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate proposed solutions and validate technical feasibility.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution design documents, configuration workbooks, integration mappings, and test scripts.

* Lead unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

* Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across Fusion Service, OFSC, and OIC, providing timely resolutions.

* Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.

* Provide post-implementation support, knowledge transfer, and end-user training as needed.

* Stay current with new features and functionalities in Oracle Fusion, OFSC, and OIC releases.
