Job Description:

Experience Required:

The key components that need to be structured in the BOMs include Board/Flex and Cable BOMs.

The process for redlining BOMs involves reviewing drawings, working with appropriate engineering DRI's to structure and redline project BOMs,

Reviewing initiated ECOs for accuracy and completeness before submitting.

The most critical functionalities of the Agile PLM system for this project include reviewing drawings, structuring and redlining BOMs (Bill of Materials),

Managing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ECOs before submission.

Additionally, the system should support collaboration with engineers and project team members to complete tasks on time and with accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The specific steps involved in structuring Drawings, Cables & BOMs for this project include:

Working with appropriate engineer to understand their design and translate that into the PLM system.

Use automation tools to help compare structured BOMs with updates.

Review PDF drawings for projects that have been status to ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).

Pull any part numbers that are required of the EPS that do not get pulled by the engineer for structure in the BOM.

Upon approval, the change is integrated into the product s design or manufacturing process. This step involves updating technical drawings, specifications, manufacturing instructions, and any other relevant documentation.

After implementation, the modified product or process undergoes testing and validation to ensure that the change effectively addresses the identified issue or improvement without causing any adverse effects.

Attending appropriate project meetings to gather necessary information to complete tasks accurately and on time.
