Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (Payroll) Location: Remote Richardson, TX Experience: 12+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with a strong background in Payroll and Time & Labor (T&L) to join a remote project for our client, based in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules, particularly in payroll and timekeeping, and will be responsible for functional design, data interface, and requirement gathering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design interfaces for employee demographic data to third-party vendors.

Develop data extracts for:

Approved time from Time & Labor (T&L) tables

Employee Paid Time Off (PTO) balances

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders.

Create comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of interface and data extract designs.

Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll and T&L processes.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM, with a focus on Payroll and Time & Labor modules.

Proven experience in designing data interfaces and extracts.

Strong functional documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Prior experience working with third-party vendors for payroll data exchange is a plus.
