Senior Epic Systems Analyst Stork

Overview

We re seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst to support the Epic Stork module driving the workflows that support maternal and newborn care at one of the nation s top-ranked pediatric hospitals. This position is ideal for someone who blends deep Epic experience with a passion for improving OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, and NICU processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future-state workflows within the Epic Stork module.
• Translate user and clinical requirements into system configurations.
• Implement, test, and support Epic Stork functionality and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across OB/GYN, L&D, NICU, and related departments.
• Maintain compliance and optimize system performance through proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• Epic certifications (Stork required; other Epic modules strongly desired).
• Clinical background in obstetrics, gynecology, labor & delivery, or neonatal care.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• 5+ years Epic experience with a Bachelor s degree (or 9 years with HS diploma, 3 years with Master s).
• Healthcare IT experience required.
