6-Month Temporary Contract - IT Support Analyst
We're seeking a Service Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide remote troubleshooting and phone queue support as backfill while a full-time employee assists with a refresh project.
In this role, you will handle technical support requests, resolving and escalating complex issues related to Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, BitLocker, Intune, and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include device imaging, inventory management, mobile device setup, and creating documentation and FAQs. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Candidates should have 2+ years of IT support experience, proficiency in Active Directory and ServiceNow, and familiarity with Cisco telephony and SCCM.
Location: On-site in Wilmington DE, providing technical assistance in a high-paced environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
