Position: Salesforce & TrackWise Digital Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & TrackWise Digital Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, compliant, and high-performance digital quality systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and governance for regulated environments (Life Sciences / Pharma preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce and TrackWise Digital implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and compliant technical solutions.
- Define and implement architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks for digital quality systems.
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and integration teams.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure solution quality, performance, and security.
Integration Design & Implementation
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce, TrackWise, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure reliable data flow, synchronization, and API management across platforms.
- Collaborate with middleware and enterprise integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, GDPR).
- Support system validation, documentation, and audit readiness for quality systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Clearly communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce and/or TrackWise Digital systems.
- Strong background in pharma, biotech, or life sciences domain preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in system integration, API management, and compliance-driven solution design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
