Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Support Analyst to provide technical support for network infrastructure, desktop systems, and ERP-related data management. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring software and hardware, and ensuring data integrity in the IT environment. The ideal candidate will support business processes, maintain product master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, servers, and network components.
- Ensure data security, password management, and system integrity.
- Modify and implement IT solutions to support various business processes.
- Perform data cleanup and attribute maintenance in ERP Material Master systems.
- Assist in maintaining Device Master Record (DMR), Change Orders, and quality records per corporate procedures and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper product master data updates.
- Execute small process and technology projects to maintain regulatory and production attributes.
- Support Order to Cash processes and ensure ERP data accuracy.
- Conduct training programs for employees on IT applications.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Preferred:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT or business support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Experience with Lean process development and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
