Product Manager, HR Core Applications (Remote PST)

Join a mission-driven team that powers enterprise-scale HR solutions across a healthcare environment. Our client is seeking a Product Manager with deep experience in HRIS platforms to oversee the lifecycle and performance of core HR applications such as Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream. In this role, you ll drive strategy, execution, and innovation partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver transformative tools and outstanding service to end users. This is a fully remote role requiring work in PST hours.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $143,000 $165,000 (Exempt)

What You ll Do:


  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for core HR applications, ensuring high service quality, data integrity, and operational performance.
  • Manage application configuration, upgrades, and support for Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, including identity and credentialing systems.
  • Collaborate across business units to align application capabilities with strategic workforce and operational goals.
  • Drive application roadmap development and project execution using ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor technical staff to deliver enterprise-scale HR solutions in a dynamic healthcare setting

What Gets You the Job:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting HRIS applications in a healthcare environment, with strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday, Kronos, Healthstream, and identity management systems.
  • Strong capabilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, and requirements analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology teams and present to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field; familiarity with the ITIL framework and SDLC best practices.
