Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the development and implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions to address complex healthcare challenges. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in building end-to-end clinical and enterprise applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define requirements, align goals, and evaluate impact.

  • Serve as a technical consultant to project and product managers across multiple functions and departments.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, including content search, chat, and traditional data science modeling.
  • Query, analyze, transform, and present data using SQL, Python, and Looker within Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficiency with Generative AI topics such as multi-agent workflows, language embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM task evaluation, and synthetic data creation.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, clustering, ensemble modeling, dimensionality reduction, normal behavior modeling, unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines within Kubernetes environments.
  • Monitor deployed models for performance, feature drift, and other observability metrics.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
