What You Will Do :

As a Change Management and Communications Senior Consultant, you will be a critical member of project workstreams to support client management, meeting development and implementation, and the generation of project deliverables. This includes delivering client-facing communications and supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and national security experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, as well as build upon your own leadership skills.

Duties will include:
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges via strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and outreach projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals, target audiences, and messaging objectives.
  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives.
  • Support the development of change management and communications strategies and accompanying implementations plans.
  • Support stakeholder analyses and the development of stakeholder personas and journey maps.
  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of change and communications initiatives and activities.
  • Distill complex concepts and information into clear, compelling, and concise messages that resonate with various audiences.
  • Support the development of multi-channel communications products for communicating with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings.
  • Support multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products.
  • Support the end-to-end development of client work products, such as strategic communications materials, outreach activity materials, stakeholder/partner engagement materials, and meeting facilitation presentations.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to positive team culture and collaborative working environment.
  • Develop an understanding of firm capabilities, solutions, and methodologies.
  • Support internal and business development initiatives, such as communities of practice and proposals.


What You Will Need :

  • ship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in communications, change management, or related field


  • Bachelor's degree in a management related field
  • Experience in consulting
  • Possess a critical thinking mindset to identify and solve problems independently and with fellow team members


  • Proven ability as a strong, detail-oriented writer and editor, with capability to deliver quality content for a variety of audiences comfortably and confidently
  • Strong ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and provide creative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
  • Ability to execute across a variety of tasks simultaneously


What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Certified Change Management Professional Certification, PROSCI or other change management credential
  • Experience consulting for the Department of Homeland Security
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
