Senior Market Research Analyst | Hybrid | Detroit, MI | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst with 3-5+ years of experience located in Detroit, MI. This is a 5-month contract opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to support quantitative and qualitative research initiatives for the enterprise:
1. Lead research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.
2. Monitor and evolve functionality of research platforms and ensure ongoing evolution of capabilities.
3. Manage activities that are related to the development, design, and administration of methods and procedures, including surveys, qualitative interviews, call driver and member engagement analytics to evaluate customer preferences and optimize member engagement and experiences.
4. Maintain deep knowledge of custom analyses and reporting in department analytic tools.
5. Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.
6. Create project deliverables including reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership.

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst with 3-5+ years of experience located in Detroit, MI. This is a 5-month contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of primary market research experience – client-side or vendor
- Able to design research plan according to objectives of study, including questionnaire design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
- Must be able to multi-task, managing 3-5 projects concurrently
- Experience with SPSS and Microsoft software- Strong working knowledge of data languages including (but not limited to) SQL, SPSS, R, Python
- Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science, Social Science or related field is required. Master’s or advanced degree preferred
