Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data on system performance, failure rates, and maintenance practices.

Utilize statistical tools to predict reliability and identify areas for improvement.

Design and Development:

Work with design and engineering teams to integrate reliability into product design.

Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify

potential failure points.

Testing and Validation:

Develop and oversee testing protocols to evaluate product reliability under various

conditions.

Validate reliability predictions with actual performance data.

Process Improvement:

Recommend design changes or process improvements to enhance reliability.

Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of reliability metrics and analyses.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to

stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and

supply chain.

Provide training and support to team members on reliability concepts and tools.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure products and processes meet relevant industry standards and regulations.

Stay updated on new reliability engineering techniques and technologies.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Support sales with technical expertise

Design Artificial list systems for Sales staff

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related area.

Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software.
