Job Details
In-house help desk technical support person. Support is provided by phone, E-mail, remote desktop, RMM (Connectwise). Hours are 9-6 M-F with occasional after-hours work. Salaried position and overtime exempt.
Applicant must live within 30 miles of San Carlos, CA.

Job Description
Provide remote support for customer infrastructure and field service techs including the following:
Servers - Windows 2019-current
Active Directory/GPO
Desktops - Windows 10 & higher, some Mac
Mainstream desktop applications
Basic network connectivity and Internet (DNS, DHCP)
Firewall management (Sophos, Juniper)
Switch management (HP, Juniper)
WiFi management
VMware management - single and multi-tenant (create/build/modify VMs)
Storage management/virtualization (VMware vSAN, physical SAN, Windows Server intrinsics)
Backup management (Veeam)
RMM (ConnectWise)
Cloud Services (O365, Azure)
Security software management (Sophos)
