The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The Impact you will have in this role:

The Technical Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Prior programing experience using relational databases, web and batch programming
• Review functional specifications by referencing business requirements, workflow charts and diagrams
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on all aspects of the project
• Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related stakeholders
• Clarify necessary details required through all phases of projects.
• Validate input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
• Validate system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards
• Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks
• Validate justification and ROI related to solutions designed to automate manual processes
• Support an environment to ensure employees understand how their efforts contribute to overall business strategy
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and specific resiliency testing deliverables, across multiple locations
• Support the coaching, mentoring and development of team members
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
