Job Description:-
The key responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance OutSystems applications using agile development methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers on the team
- Conduct application requirements gathering and design review sessions with relevant stakeholders
- Fix critical issues and maintain applications
- Responsible for end-to-end development of the application and its enhancements
- Leverage industry and technical background to create high-level solutions with long-term value
To qualify for the role, you must have / be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:
- Working experience with OutSystems platform (or relevant Mendix, Appian etc)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solver in a collaborative way
- Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
- Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
