Job Title: Oracle Payroll Interface SME Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Interface SME to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of payroll integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and various third-party payroll providers. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Payroll and Inbound/Outbound integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle HCM Payroll integrations.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Payroll Interface solutions using Oracle Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and BIP reports.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.
  • Lead interface testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Provide hands-on support for issue resolution related to payroll interface jobs, data discrepancies, and processing errors.
  • Ensure compliance with global/local regulatory payroll data standards and security best practices.
  • Support change management processes including impact analysis and documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members or client-side users as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud with a strong focus on Payroll and Integrations.
  • Proven experience building and managing Payroll Interfaces with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, SAP, Ceridian, WorkForce Software).
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and HDL.
  • Solid understanding of Payroll processing, costing, and compliance concepts.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM/Payroll.
  • Experience with multi-country/global payroll integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
