Agile Scrum/Project Manager, JIRA, MS Suite; NJ

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month role in a potential contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with experience in Agile methodologies
• Lead team meetings for planning, execution and reviews
• Organize and source info from Jira for reporting
• Track dependences across teams
• Liaise across Tech Leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG Status, Business Objective, Deliverables, Progress To Date, Risks/Issues, Milestones Tracking, Dependences and Planned vs. Actual Funding
• Work with Tech Leads and PMs of Initiatives on the Yearly Strategic Planning throughout its process
• Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams
• Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up & horizontal layers
• Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
• Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions, then, plan and execute until successful delivery

Pay range: $69.79 - $77.79
