Job Title: InfoSec Program Manager - Customer Trust
Location: Remote

- Provides security awareness and best practices
Role Overview
- The Information Security Program Manager will:
- Lead and mature Client s Customer Trust function
- Communicate Client s security posture to customers
- Support sales by enabling transparent and accurate security information
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, InfoSec, and Product teams
- Serve as a customer-facing security representative
What You ll Do
- Respond to security and compliance sections of RFPs within SLA timelines
- Coordinate answers with InfoSec, Product Security, Engineering SMEs
- Build accurate security narratives for new products/features
- Support customer security and compliance audits
- Maintain strong knowledge of Rubrik s products and security features
- Improve processes related to customer trust and security documentation
- Create and refine customer-facing collateral (security announcements, compliance updates, thought leadership)
- Support security and compliance contract language during customer negotiations
- Intake requests from Sales, Sales Ops, Field Ops, and drive workflow improvements
- Operate and mature KPIs/metrics for the Customer Trust program
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Trust, Security Assurance, or responding to customer RFPs
- Experience leading security or operational InfoSec processes
- Experience reviewing/negotiating security & compliance contract language
- Ability to design/implement operational plans and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats
- Ability to meet strict SLAs and manage shifting priorities
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience implementing customer-facing Trust portals for InfoSec documentation
- Experience supporting customer audits (evidence gathering, walkthroughs, responses)
