Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
8+ years of experience in business analysis, including knowledge of associated activities and tasks.
8+ years of experience participating in software development reviews and providing technical input.
8+ years of experience in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
8+ years of experience in planning and organizing work to meet goals and deadlines.
8+ years of experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
8+ years of experience in effective verbal and written communication with IT and business professionals.
5+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Preferred Experience:
8+ years of experience with case management system implementations.
8+ years of experience with industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering.
3+ years of experience with Jira project management software.
Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering and understanding technology.
Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.

Summary:
The Business Analyst/Data Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs to align technology solutions with business strategies.
This role involves business process reengineering, identifying innovative technology applications, and preparing solution options with risk and financial analyses.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on improving business effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user requirements.
Formulate systems and processes that align with overall business strategies.
Conduct business process reengineering and identify new technology applications to enhance business effectiveness.
Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (e.g., cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).
Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development/modification steps.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.).
Participate in software development reviews and provide input on analysis, design, and testing.
Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Plan and organize work to meet goals and manage multiple assignments effectively.
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
