Job Title: IT Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Richmond, VA, Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (weekly)

Job Description:

Serve as a point of contact between IT and assigned Districts/business units
-
Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and agency leadership

Manage escalations related to IT projects, services, and procurements
-
Coordinate with ITD, service managers, and project managers for delivery and prioritization
-
Develop and maintain multi-year capability roadmaps in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture
-
Identify opportunities for new services and process improvements
-
Promote compliance with VDOT and VITA policies and standards
-
Represent customer needs and foster alignment between IT strategy and business execution
