LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, MUST INTERVIEW IN PERSON
This role is based out of our office in Boston, Massachusetts and is required to follow the firm s
current hybrid work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office, with the option to
work Monday and Friday remote from home.
Responsibilities:
Abides by various test processes
Participates in and contributes to the test incident and defect management process
Serve as a member of the Quality Chapter by spearheading, supporting, influencing, and
sharing best practices that contribute to the quality of the product while working on a
squad
Work with stakeholders on prioritized project development efforts
Conduct exploratory testing as needed and/or required
Participate in creating, reviewing, and refining work products (requirements
specifications, design documentation, user stories and models) to ensure testability and
traceability of work products that align to standards
Establish working technical knowledge of all applications within the squad
Establish a high level of business domain knowledge based on squad business partners
Support release process
Skills You Bring:
3 5 years relevant work experience within a financial services organization
Must be proficient with Charles River Development s Manager Workbench application
Practical experience working with the full SDLC following a maturing agile framework
Experience testing cloud solutions using AWS
Must have experience utilizing various test design techniques that contribute to data
quality
Technical Skills: SQL, Linux, EDM
Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, data and information analysis, research and problem
solving
Communication Skills: Active listening, information sharing, respect, responsive
