Job Description:
Seeking a Senior or Staff Device Integration Engineer to design and deliver an executable that replaces traditional print drivers and interacts directly with the operating system to enable secure, policy-driven printing. The developer will build integrations with enterprise ecosystems, ensure compatibility across diverse environments, and enhance the user experience through reliable, driverless functionality. This is a high-ownership, senior-level engineering role working closely with platform and partner teams.

Required Skills:
Direct experience developing a Printer Support Application or equivalent OS-level print component
Strong programming background in C, C++, and/or C# for Windows desktop or service development
Deep understanding of the Windows print pipeline, IPP/IPPS, spooler processes, and driver architecture
Experience building integrations between OS-level components and enterprise software platforms
Familiarity with Windows Modern Print and Windows Protected Print (WPP)
Experience building client applications connected to SaaS platforms for authentication and job management
Knowledge of secure coding, code signing, and enterprise deployment best practices

Bonus / Soft Skills:
Previous experience with a print technology or enterprise software company
Experience implementing virtual printer or job relay systems
Familiarity with Azure AD, OAuth/OIDC, and enterprise identity integration
Excellent cross-functional communication skills for partner and vendor collaboration
