Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite per month (alternating weeks - one week onsite and one week remote then repeat)

Candidate Profile:

• Heavy Full Stack true full stack 50/50 needs to understand both ends
• Tech Lead : seasoned full stack end to end hands on and understands the architecture
• Orchestrate architecture
• Capablity of cross business unit collaboration
• Work with other tech leads
• Hands on
• Understand how the LLM tech stack works

The Expertise We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s degree Computer Science or other related field
• 15+ years of software development
• Architected, designed and built enterprise scale systems
• Conversant in data science concepts; able to lead development of integrated software & AI solutions.
• Extensive integration with 3rd party platforms using industry standard protocols
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience

• Experience with both SQL based and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience and knowledge of both waterfall and Agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
• Ability to clearly convey information to a broad array of technical and non-technical audience
• Exceptional sense of customer service
• Motivated, self-directed, results oriented
