Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our 24x7x365 support center. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to end users, helping to resolve a wide range of IT-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT customer service or technical support who are looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Hours for this position are Saturday - Wednesday, 12am to 8:30am.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems using established procedures and knowledge bases.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to perform job functions effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 6 months or more of experience in IT support or a customer service-related technical role.
- Familiarity with common IT concepts, practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within established guidelines.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift, including holidays, with occasional schedule adjustments and overtime as needed.
