Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst

Job Type: W2 Contract - 1 year
Location: Onsite, Maplewood, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making within our client's global transportation network. This role focuses on improving performance, reducing quality discrepancies, optimizing costs, and providing key insights for strategic supply chain initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Implementation

  • Develop dashboards and interfaces to monitor KPIs and metrics for transportation performance.

  • Streamline data collection and analysis by integrating tools and systems.

  • Analyze project performance to ensure successful outcomes.

Transportation Network Optimization

  • Create and enter load information into routing systems as needed.

  • Track and improve transportation performance across carriers and modes.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize freight networks using data insights.

Strategic Insights & Collaboration

  • Provide recommendations to business supply chain stakeholders.

  • Collaborate across supply chain entities to strengthen transportation resiliency.

  • Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and KPIs.

Analytical & Project Management

  • Use advanced analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and improvement areas.

  • Manage cross-functional projects with transportation and logistics teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial acumen.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Tableau, SAP (Transportation Module preferred), TMS, WMS, and Access.

  • Experience with multiple transportation modes: FTL, LTL, IM, Rail, Parcel, Dedicated, and Cartage.

  • Prior experience with logistics technology implementation preferred.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
