The Product Manager will be a strategic driver in our client's transformation journey, leading the evolution of retail inventory systems that touch every aspect of merchandise lifecycle-from planning to replenishment. You'll collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with both enterprise goals and the evolving needs of the retail environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for inventory and merchandise planning systems during the transformation program




  • Partner with merchandising, supply chain, IT, and store operations teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements




  • Lead efforts to integrate ERP, POS, and warehouse systems for seamless data visibility and accuracy




  • Define metrics to evaluate success across planning, forecasting, allocation, and inventory tracking




  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements using Agile methodologies




  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging tech to inform long-term strategy




  • Advocate for end users by translating business needs into scalable, intuitive digital solutions





Ideal Candidate Profile




  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail inventory or supply chain systems




  • Demonstrated success managing transformation or large-scale implementations in complex organizations




  • Strong understanding of merchandise planning, replenishment models, and inventory accuracy challenges




  • Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and change enablement




  • Comfortable with technical platforms and tools like JIRA, SQL, Confluence, and analytics dashboards




  • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with modern product delivery practices
