Audit Analyst Opening-6 month contract to hire! Hybrid Opening in Honolulu!
Description
The Audit Analyst will be helping to validate, analyze, and document discrepancies to help identify how the organization can improve their internal operations and member/provider end user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and accurate audits and translate audit findings into written and oral report findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights; gather requirements from various stakeholders.
- Analyze, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity; ensure all information is reliable and accurate
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist with creating and maintaining dashboards and reports from data collection/findings from audits; track key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Create technical documentation and reports. Create SOP's for new processes as needed.
- Translate and present findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Skills and level of competency:
- Conduct regular audits to validate and analyze performance and communication between stakeholders. Ensure adherence to regulatory, internal, and operational requirements.
- Problem Solving / Critical Thinking - Ability to think critically and creatively; evaluate information and arguments and make reasoned judgements.
- Attention to Detail - thoroughly review data, documents, communication, and workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Risk Assessment - identify potential risks in processes and systems and help to develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Report Writing - craft clear and concise auto reports and documentation.
- Experience with audit specific software and/or Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Analyze large data sets and identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
- Understand basic database design / dashboards and contribute to optimization.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
