Title: Senior ERP Architect (Epicor Kinetic)
Location: 100% Remote
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $80/hr (All-In)
Conversion Salary: $122,000 $136,000 (W2 Only)


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Architect with strong Epicor Kinetic expertise. This role focuses on architecture, solution design, and acting as a liaison between business teams and developers. This is a backfill for a long-tenured resource and offers future growth into a leadership or managerial role.


Team & Environment

  • Total ERP team size: 9

  • Mix of onshore and offshore developers

  • The role reports directly to the ERP leadership team

  • Organization is expanding rapidly and onboarding multiple acquired sites


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior architect bridging business and development teams

  • Gather requirements and convert them into detailed design documentation

  • Minimal hands-on development; primarily architecture, planning, and documentation

  • Mentor and guide team members, with potential future direct reports

  • Support upcoming site onboarding and ERP expansion initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of ERP experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Epicor (preferably Kinetic) experience

  • Strong functional background with solid technical understanding

  • Expertise across major ERP workflows, especially:

    • Quote-to-Cash

    • Procure-to-Pay

  • Experience working in environments with limited customization

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business units

  • Open to candidates nationwide within the U.S.
