SAP Training Lead

Introduction:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Training Lead for my client. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of EnableNow and a good awareness of Walkme. They should have experience in planning training content and delivery, as well as delivering classes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SAP training programs for employees
• Create training materials using tools such as EnableNow and Walkme
• Design and deliver training classes for end users and IT professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain training documentation and records
• Stay up-to-date on SAP technologies and training best practices
• Provide support and guidance to junior training staff

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP Training
• Knowledge of EnableNow and Walkme
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP Training
• Experience with other training tools or platforms
• Experience in developing e-learning courses
• Experience in project management
