Title : Associate Project Manager

Duration: 6 months
Hours: 20 hours per week, could have opportunities to move to 40 or pick up extra hours

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Two+ years of experience in ERP Customer/Vendor, product data or project management.
2. Background in maintaining user documentation and Tracking logs.
3. Ability to organize cross functional team data and communicate effectively to obtain necessary information.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, face-to-face and over the phone/skype or zoom calls.
5. Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

  • SAP ERP

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems SAP a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Associate, Project Management role is responsible for the coordination and data entry management of Lifestyles Customer Master Data (CMD), New pricing coordination and Special Pack project manager working with the sales, planning and consultant teams.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Primary contact for Lifestyles Customer Master Data setup, management and knowledge source for CMD record data setup, data governance rules, creation and validation, as well as change management from active to discontinued SAP customer records.
  • Partner with Business Units, Shared Services and IT experts on aspects of data governance to include obsolete + discontinuation strategies
  • Ensure data integrity and timely data setup from initial request through top-off data collection, submission of Cherwell setup requests and final validation ending in setup CMD PUSH notification to business, while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Review new finished goods creation requests and assign appropriate UPC codes.
  • Attach created art files to existing SAP document records in SAP PLM.
  • Coordinate Special Pack activities between Menasha and Planning team.
  • Facilitate pricing data governance into SAP

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor s Degree in Operations, Accounting or Logistics Disciplines
