Role: UKG Ready Payroll Functional Lead (REMOTE)
Location: 100% remote, NO TRAVEL
Interview Process: 1 and done video interview
Overview: works on behalf of UKG- resource will be apart of UKG implementations for UKG clients. Need folks that can lead end to end UKG Ready Paroll implementations
Must Have:
experience leading end to end implementations
experience with GL creating and reporting
exerience with loading and balancing payroll history
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on Payroll implementations.
Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.
Strong functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History.
Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go live).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. Experience in training delivery and user support.
