Description

Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for design and the ability to produce high-quality materials that align with brand standards. Working closely with marketing, sales, and investment teams, you will play a key role in delivering impactful visual solutions tailored to our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Update and enhance existing marketing materials such as fact sheets, pitch decks, newsletters, and reports with accurate data and copy.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a refined and cohesive appearance.

Prepare print-ready and digital files with careful attention to technical requirements and formatting.

Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, timelines, and design expectations.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting priorities while maintaining focus and precision.

Clearly communicate project progress and proactively address challenges to ensure timely delivery.

Participate in regular team meetings to align on project priorities and workflow adjustments.

Support the creation of digital assets for web and social media platforms, including LinkedIn graphics and infographics.

Contribute to multimedia projects such as animation or video design as an optional bonus skill.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within investment management or financial services.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and track project progress.
Excellent proofreading and editing abilities with a clear understanding of layout and design principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of data visualization software is a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Comfortable producing digital assets for social media and online platforms.
Access to personal design equipment and software licenses is preferred; company setup can be provided if necessary.
