Job Title : IT Sr Project Manager

Location : Waukegan, IL 60085 (100% Onsite Role)

Contract Duration : 06+ Months Contract with possibility to extend

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8-10 years of expertise in project management, specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Hyperion and IBM TM1, along with proficiency in DFM (Dynamic Financial Management). This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Implement and optimize Oracle Hyperion and IBM TM1 solutions for financial reporting and analysis.
• Utilize DFM (Dynamic Financial Management) to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and financial systems.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on FP&A.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion and IBM TM1 for financial planning and reporting.
• Proficiency in DFM (Dynamic Financial Management) methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
