Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in change management and hands-on expertise with Jira to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic change across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless transitions during change implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training strategies, and resistance management.
  • Facilitate change impact assessments and support business readiness activities.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, including executive reporting.
  • Promote Agile project management practices where applicable and ensure Jira workflows are optimized and maintained.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
