We have partnered with our client in their search for a Full Stack Developer.

Responsibilities:
The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.



  • Understanding and analyzing business requirements for new development.

  • Develop and deliver frontend/UI and backend software solutions for Dispute applications for the our client

  • Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery

  • Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.


Skills Required:



  • Deep knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks like Angular, languages like Javascript/Typescript

  • Strong Java Development experience using Rest API and Spring Boot

  • Proven track record with developing front end user interfaces, skilled at CSS and layout techniques.

  • Strong experience with building self-testing code, techniques like TDD, ATDD/BDD

  • Fast learner and curious about using modern engineering practices

  • Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication skills; strong team player to mentor and
    support other team members, proactive and collaborative working style


Nice to have:



  • Experience with UX design, wireframing and prototyping user interfaces

  • Experience with other frameworks like React/Vue.js

  • Experience on designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Cloud Native platforms like PCF/Kubernetes/OpenShift.


Education & Work Experience:



  • BS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
