Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end operational and functional support for Oracle EBS R12 applications.

Analyze and document existing customizations and business functionalities to ensure system efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain and align financial business flows with customer-specific processes.

Prepare, maintain, and update support-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Engage with business users to gather new requirements and translate them into comprehensive Functional and Technical Specification Documents.
Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.).

Proven experience in functional support and documentation preparation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
