Job Details
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / Feature Lead
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid on day 1)
Required Pay Scale: $60-$65
Job Summary:
Project Details:
Regulatory Reporting Technology is seeking feature leads to lead the delivery of multiple products supporting 2 business lines: finance data management organization in Chief Finance Office and the Centralized Regulatory Reporting organization. CFARRI is the reg reporting database which connects to Axiom the Reg Reporting Platform. Team gets data from multiple ADS, has to be normalized by tech teams, have to work with upstream teams and ensure scrum team meets deliverables
Must Haves
-5 + years professional IT experience
-strong domain knowledge in investment banking, finance and regulatory reporting (understanding trading, counterparties, counterparty risk, finance data)
-Strong knowledge in ETL/Oracle PL/SQL, unix who has had a role as a Delivery Lead or Technical Business Analyst
-good with navigating databases like Oracle or other RDBMS
-some exposure to Python (willingness to learn it or at least knows what it is and is used for)
-good with understanding ETL processes, how data flows across systems
-data lineage, data aggregation and reporting experience
-strong knowledge of agile SDLC
-how to drive scrum teams, good people skills, clear communication
