Qualifications:
Must-Have:
-5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
-Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern IT infrastructure.
-Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, EDR, Zero Trust, NIST, CIS benchmarks).
-Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
-Experience supporting mid-market customers (typically 100-2,000 employees).
-Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
Nice-to-Have:
-Hands-on experience with scripting or APIs (e.g., Python, Bash, REST).
-Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
-Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
-Experience integrating SaaS platforms with third-party tools via APIs or SSO.
