Job Details

Title: Project Manager I Training Lead Location: Remote/Hybrid with occasional site visits (Orlando, FL and San Antonio, TX)
Client: U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Information and Technology Field Support Directorate
Clearance: Must meet DHS/CBP suitability requirements

Overview:

The Training Lead designs, develops, and delivers training programs to ensure TSD personnel are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to meet performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the Training SOP, curricula, and job-specific training programs.
  • Conduct new-hire training, re training, and ad hoc training as systems and procedures evolve.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring staff comply with updated procedures and best practices.
  • Support knowledge management initiatives, identifying training gaps and updating documentation accordingly.
  • Track and report training completion and compliance to Government leadership.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of training practices and instructional design techniques.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field.
  • Experience developing IT or customer service training materials preferred.
