Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Analyst Asset Management & System Integration
Location: Must reside in the Austin, TX area for hybrid onsite work (1 day/week).
Interview: Phone + Microsoft Teams (camera on)
Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with a primary focus on Asset Management.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support documentation, training efforts, and knowledge transfer to project team members.
- Facilitate workshops and functional analysis presentations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and O365 tools for collaboration and project artifact management.
- Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, and support agile project execution.
- Provide after-hours support during key project milestones as needed.
